Live Earth Day Event

URGENT: Safeguard the planet-critical microbiome from GMOs 2.0

Dear Friend,

IRT is hosting an engaging, educational webinar on Earth Day, focusing on why genetically engineered microbes pose an unprecedented risk. Our expert panel will discuss the issues raised in our new  short film, Don’t Let the Gene Out of the Bottle (to be released April 19th).

We have a fantastic line-up for the panel!

Speakers are Jeffrey Smith, Kiran Krishnan, Jim Thomas, Michelle Perro and Michael Antoniou.

The release of genetically engineered (GE) microbes into the environment can elicit long-term, large-scale, and potentially irreversible changes to the environment, communities, and ecosystems. The current regulatory framework is wholly inadequate and outdated, lagging far behind the technology and the threat it brings.

There has never been a better time to rally people and governments to safeguard our planet from potential catastrophes caused by engineered microorganisms. Now is the opportunity to protect our precious ecosystem, to protect humanity, and to protect all future generations.

We have the solutions, natural, political and technological… We just need you to Rise to the challenge and be a part of this global movement.

Sincerely,
IRT Team
